Introduction to cyber security
The first module of the course will review the most important forms of existing malware, as well as the most important types of possible attacks on the Internet. The course will cover topics related to viruses, worms, Trojans, backdoors, ransomware, botnets, remote attacks, local attacks or privilege escalation.

Web Security
This module focuses on the most popular aspects of web security, delving into the theory and practical examples of key concepts such as SQL Injection, XSS (Cross Site Scripting), CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery), Path Traversal Attacks or Unrestricted File Upload.

Securing networks and server systems on the Internet
If notions such as penetration testing, port scanning, firewalls or VPNs pique your interest, this module will whet your appetite for this fascinating field even more.
The course will end with an evaluation of the notions taught and the students will receive a certificate of participation in the course.
